TMX Datalinx has moved to Single Sign On (SSO) via Okta to help improve your journey and security across TMX Datalinx web properties including: Datalinx Client Portal, Webstore and Info Services.

If you are already registered, please ensure that you re-register using your existing Datalinx Client Portal login Username (email) to maintain your current access.

A detailed walkthrough was included in the email notice sent to you on Monday June 26th from noreply@billing.tmx.com.

How do I add or delete user to the portal?
Once you have registered for the portal you can add or delete users by accessing the “Manage People” tab on the main portal page.

How do I reset my password?
Passwords can be reset from the log-in page by selecting “Forgot Password”

Who can register for the portal?
TMX Datalinx has added all invoicing contacts. Additional users can be added to the portal. Please note that these additional users will not receive monthly invoice unless requested through TMX Datalinx.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex

Can I save my credit card on the portal?
Yes. You can save your credit card on the portal for future use or for automatic payments.

Who do I contact if I want to pay with another method of payment?

What invoices can I pay through this portal?
You can pay any TMX Datalinx invoice for Data Feeds, Usage, Subscribers, Index, Colocation, Analytics, and CDS Innovations

Can I use this portal on my mobile?
Yes. The portal is mobile accessible through browser, however at this point there is no app available for download.

What browsers are supported for the portal?
All browsers are supported, including Chrome, Safari, FireFox, and Microsoft.

How long does it take for a payment to process?
Your payment will be processed immediately and will reflect on your statement of account.

Are there limits on the amount I am able to pay via credit card?
Yes. You can pay up to an invoice maximum of $2500, however if you are paying multiple invoices there is no limit on the total amount you are able to pay.

How do I cancel a payment?
Once a payment is made and confirmed it is complete. At that point the only option would be to request a refund/credit via payments@tmx.com

How do I edit a payment?
You may edit a payment and payment details up until the payment is complete. Use the back button to navigate to previous pages.

What currencies do you accept?
We only accept payment in Canadian and US dollars.

What are automatic payments?
When you sign up for automatic payments, future monthly invoices will automatically be changed to the credit card on file. You can cancel this option at any time. Payments will follow the regular billing cycle and you will still receive your monthly invoice and statement via email.

Can I download my invoices?
Yes. You can download your invoices into Excel from the Invoices page.

Can I return a product, remove a subscriber or cancel a purchase I made?
